Looking at the planning preparation and performance at Waitangi Day in the square in Palmerston North.
This event has grown and continues to do so.
Stalls are set up on three sides around the square. In 2005 stalls were set up i two rows to the side of the stage and an outpost of stals was set up behind and away from the stage featuring childrens play activities.
