This Post is being set up to discuss ECE and the transient parent
The theory that was developed over the three years of the ECE Promotion in the Manawatu was to do with three kinds of families.
Group One were always going to engage in preschool so promotion was not as important for them.
Group Two were possibly going to be involved.
Group Three were probably not going to be involved. Transience was one of the things found more often amongst this group.
