puff 235 Mongolian throat singing?

http://www.ardman.demon.co.uk/throatsing.html

A viewer/listener made a connection between the 'high vocal' -at least that's what I've be calling it- of some of this year's work such as 'The Kingdom of the Keys' or 'Ana Carolina- You're Free'. These are below followed by earlier work that, looking back, might have looked forward to this...

Click Here!
In the Kingdom of the Keys
You can open any door
Be careful what you find
You might not need it any more
No locks on the gates
No chains on your legs
No trains to ride
no more tricks to play
In the Kingdom of the Keys
You can open any door
Be careful what you find
You might not need it any more
I don't care if you go
And I'll die if you stay
Who are you, who are you
Who are you anyway?
In the Kingdom of the Keys
You can open any door
Be careful what you find
You might not need it any more
No locks on the gates
No chains on your legs
No trains to ride
no more tricks to play
In the Kingdom of the Keys
You can open any door
Be careful what you find
You might not need it any more
Also from later in 2006- 'Ana Carolina- You're free'

You threw a stone into the sun
Doo wah
Peace broke out and the war was won
Doo wah, doo wah
Now turn around
Laugh at the clowns
You're free

So let it roll
Let it roll into the night
Let it roll
Let it roll into the night
Jump into your car and speed out of sight

You threw a song up to the moon
Doo wah
You thought it was too late
I thought it was too soon
Doo wah, doo wah
Now turn around
The moon is calling you
You're freege

Big Shout Out to Armand.Thanks for talking to me about this!
The vocals in 'Your love is my love' of 2004 might be a place to start;

Going back to 2000 this kind of sound was being developed in work like 'x love';

But for something more visceral try 'o johnny I hardly knew you' from 2004;
'

The jungle sound stuff is there in 'Changing Chairs' from 2003;
